Mr. Bryan has accumulated extensive legal experiences during his law career and is an accomplished trial attorney.  Mr. Bryan also serves as Judge for the Municipal Courts of the city of  Poulan, Georgia, and as Assistant Solicitor in the Worth County, Georgia, State Court.

As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Bryan defends clients charged with crimes which include all felony grade crimes and many of the more serious misdemeanor crimes including: forgery, rape, child molestation, burglary, murder (including that which might result in the death penalty upon conviction), aggravated assault & battery, drug offenses, DUI and domestic and property crimes. Mr. Bryan’s practice also includes death penalty defense cases and practice in the Appellate Courts of Georgia.

As a Municipal Court Judge, Mr. Bryan  has presided over many of the same misdemeanor types of cases as he encounters in the Municipal and State Courts where he serves as defense counsel.

As Assistant Solicitor, Mr. Bryan prosecutes a wide variety of misdemeanor offenses including DUI, general traffic offenses, personal and property crimes.

Mr. Bryan's  practice also encompasses a variety of civil and family law cases. Mr. Bryan has concentrated his civil practice on personal injury, divorce and most other domestic issues, as well as non-adversarial issues such as wills and contracts formation.

Due to Mr. Bryan's many years of practice in Tift County, Georgia, and the various counties surrounding Tift County, he has become familiar with most of the judges, other lawyers, district attorneys, law enforcement officers and probation officers in the area.
